1 point mom, 1 point Everett
Everett did really well switching from the bottle to the sippy cup but I gave up on the passy thing real quick :) After he screamed in the bed for 30 minutes I gave in...too much stress right now already...can't handle the screaming right now...I will deal with the passy next month!

you could tell him that when he turns two he can't have it any more...that's what my parents told me about my thunmb and I never sucked it again (its my earliest memory - I was obviously a compliant child)....C
That's funny I might have to try that...Everett is the most compliant BY FAR so maybe....
abby still has her paci for bedtime only (although she puts it in for all of 2 minutes and then falls right to sleep and I go back in and take it away!) and josiah has REFUSED a paci (along with the bottle!)... I completely understand wanted the paci to use to stop the crying!!!! praying for you to have patience! :)
